How we got here
Inspirus Global Education began with a simple goal: make global education more accessible, transparent, and equitable. Over time, we saw the challenges students face with documentation and the difficulties institutions face processing high volumes of applicants.

Inspirus Global Education builds on years of international recruitment and global partnership experience with the launch of the Pearsana Digital Wallet, supporting secure, trusted global student mobility.
Launching Global Education Services
Inspirus Global Education is established as part of the Inspirus ecosystem, expanding its work from sport into international education pathways and student mobility.
Inspirus Sports
Inspirus Sports becomes the first organization to bring NCAA Division I college basketball games to Europe, working directly with U.S. conferences, universities, and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame — establishing deep, trusted institutional relationships across borders.
International Recruitment Pipelines
Through The Sport Changes Life Foundation, Inspirus leadership develops international recruitment pipelines, connecting students with education opportunities through long-term partnerships with U.S. collegiate conferences and institutions.
The Victory Scholarship Program
The Sport Changes Life Foundation is co-founded, launching the Victory Scholar Program to support international student recruitment and education access through sport and global exchange.
The Inspirus Global Education team brings together experts in international recruitment, student mobility, digital verification, and institutional partnerships — all committed to shaping a more connected future.
Gareth brings extensive experience in international education, recruitment, and nonprofit leadership. Based in Northern Ireland, he has worked closely with universities across the U.K., Ireland, and the U.S. to attract and support globally mobile students. He also led major transatlantic education initiatives and delivered the first NCAA Division I basketball tournaments in Europe, building trusted institutional relationships across borders. At Inspirus, Gareth continues this work by connecting education, opportunity, and global mobility. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, three daughters, and their dog, Pippen.
Director of Marketing & Product Experience
Anna leads program development and marketing strategy at Inspirus, bringing a global perspective and hands-on approach to growth and delivery. A former international student-athlete in the U.S., she began her career in international business management with a focus on operations and coordination. At Inspirus, Anna supports education initiatives and international expansion across key markets. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fashion, and spending time with family and friends.
COO
Donal brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and strategic leadership, with a strong background in scaling innovation, partnerships, and governance. Before joining Inspirus, he served as Commercial Director at First Derivatives, where he supported global growth and long-term client strategy. At Inspirus, Donal helps guide strategic direction and supports partnerships across education, technology, and enterprise. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
Chief Growth Officer
Neil leads client engagement, partnerships, and strategy at Inspirus, working closely with education and industry partners to strengthen trust and global mobility. Previously with PwC and First Derivatives, he specialized in financial crime and data-driven transformation. His cross-functional leadership helps align strategy, partnerships, and delivery across the Inspirus ecosystem. Outside of work, he enjoys running, golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.
